- Sourcing – drawing on our experience and a network of trusted sellers, we source limited, sold-out models with a guarantee of authenticity.
- Receiving the product – we check that the item has arrived undamaged from our supplier in the US, Europe or Japan.
- Quality and authenticity checks – we look for factory defects (e.g., visible glue, uneven stitching), inspect the product under UV light, verify EAN codes from the labels and compare the shape and construction with verified pairs.
- Shipping – we securely pack verified shoes in a carton so the box reaches you undamaged.

Yes, every item we sell is authentic. Before it reaches you, each pair is verified and inspected by our experts for authenticity and quality. Products come in unworn condition with the original box. To learn more about our verification process, see our authenticity page.
Where do the limited products on your site come from?
Most of the products we sell are collector’s items. That’s because only a limited number of pairs is released for each drop. All the models we offer are sold out in stores or were won by private buyers in special raffles, and we then buy them back and inspect them. Our goal is to deliver limited products at the best possible price relative to the market. At the same time, we focus on their condition and authenticity, so you can be sure you get exactly what you paid for. To achieve this, we work with a network of both private and professional suppliers around the world.
Are these products unisex?
Most of the products we offer are unisex. We recommend going by the European (EU) size, which is the most reliable reference when choosing the right size across all the brands we carry. If you are still not sure which size to pick, contact us by email (support@sneakersjoint.com) or on Instagram.
How do Yeezys fit?
Yeezy models run half a size small compared to your true size. So if you normally wear EU 44, we recommend choosing EU 44 2/3 in Yeezy models (i.e. half a size up). For Yeezy Slides and Yeezy Foam, we recommend going at least one to one and a half sizes up. So if you normally wear EU 40.5, we recommend choosing EU 42 in Yeezy Slides and Foam.
How do Air Jordans fit?
Air Jordan models fit true to size. We recommend ordering the size you usually wear.
Why can prices for the same model vary so much between sizes, and why can the price change from one day to the next?
The sneaker market runs on supply and demand. When a product is in high demand, its market price can rise sharply, which is why prices can change by a significant percentage in just one day. The same applies to sizes: one size may be more sought after than the others, or very hard to find.
Shipping
Most products in our store are available immediately. They are kept in our warehouse in Poland and ship to you as soon as we receive your payment. Shipping within Poland takes 2-3 days on average, within Europe 5-7 days, and to other countries around 7-14 days. If you ordered a special-order item, delivery will take longer. It usually takes about 7 days, but if the item is especially hard to source, this can extend to 14 or even 21 days. We will keep you updated at every step of the process. Returns and exchanges
If the product you ordered was available immediately, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package. To do so, go to the ‘Returns and exchanges’ page. Special orders cannot be returned, as they are placed at the customer’s specific request. In that case, exchanges are possible depending on the availability of the size you want to exchange for. The price of a different size may vary – it may be higher or lower than the original order. The difference will need to be paid, or, if it is in your favour, it will be refunded once the transaction is finalised. Special-order products are available at the customer’s special request. This means every such order is tailored to the customer’s requirements. If you want to buy a limited pair that we do not have in stock in your size, order it through our website and we will search the whole world to find it for you!
