File a warranty claim for a purchased product

Step 1

Warranty claim information

You can file a warranty claim if you find a defect in the product that appeared after you received it and is not the result of improper use. The claim must be filed promptly after you notice the defect, but no later than 2 years from the date you received the product.

For special orders – items ordered on request – warranty claims only cover product defects, not a change of mind about the purchase. Products that the user has damaged mechanically or through incorrect use are not eligible for a warranty claim.

Step 2

Filling out the warranty claim form

To file a claim, fill out the warranty claim form available [here]. Print the form and include it in the package you send back.

Step 3

Packing the product

The returned product must be properly packed so it doesn't suffer further damage in transit. Make sure the product is well protected in its packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

Step 4

Sending your claim package

You can send your claim package via the www.inpost.pl/SzybkieNadania/ website or with another courier/by mail to the following address:

Step 5

Shipping your claim package

Once the package is packed and the warranty claim form is inside, ship it to the address above. Make sure the package is well protected!

Step 6

Claim review

Your claim will be reviewed within 14 business days of us receiving the package. If the claim is accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one, and if necessary, we'll issue a refund. If the claim is rejected, the package will be sent back to the sender.
