Yes, all items we sell are authentic. Before it reaches your hands, every pair is verified and inspected by our experts for authenticity and quality. Products come in untouched condition, complete with the box. To learn more about our verification process, check out our authenticity page.

Most of the products we sell are collector's items. This is due to the limited number of pairs available for a given release. All the models we carry are sold out in stores or are won by private individuals in special raffles. We then buy them from those individuals and inspect them. Our goal is to deliver limited-edition products at the best possible price in line with the market. At the same time, we focus on their condition and authenticity, so you can be sure you're getting what you paid for. To achieve this, we work with a network of both private and professional suppliers around the world.

Most of the products we offer are unisex. We personally recommend going by the European (EU) size, which is the most accurate reference when choosing the right size across all the brands we offer. Models from the Yeezy collection run half a size small compared to your true size. So if you normally wear size 44 EU, we recommend choosing size 44 2/3 EU in Yeezy models (i.e. half a size up). For Yeezy Slides and Yeezy Foam models, we recommend going at least one size or one and a half sizes up. So if you normally wear size 40.5 EU, we recommend choosing size 42 EU in Yeezy Slides and Foam models.

Models from the Air Jordan collection run true to size. We recommend getting them in the size you usually wear.

Why can prices of the same model vary so much by size, and why can the price change from one day to the next?

The shoe market works on supply and demand. If a product is in high demand, its market price rises dramatically, which is why prices can change by a significant percentage within just one day. The same goes for sizes, where one may be more sought after than the rest, or very hard to come by.

Most products in our store are in stock and ready to ship. They're kept in our warehouse in Poland, and they head out to you as soon as we receive your payment. Shipping within Poland takes 2-3 days on average, and within Europe 5-7 days. Other countries take around 7-14 days. However, if you've ordered an item that's available by special order, its delivery time will be longer. On average, it takes around 7 days, but if the item is extremely hard to get, this can extend to 14 or 21 days. We'll keep you updated on the whole process and every step along the way. If the product you ordered was in stock and ready to ship from our site, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. To do so, go to the ‘Returns and exchanges’ page. Special orders can't be returned, as they're placed at your special request. In this case, exchanges are possible depending on the availability of the size you want to exchange for. The price of another size may differ - it may be higher or lower than the original order. You'll need to pay the difference, or if the difference is in your favor, it will be refunded to you once the transaction is finalized. Hygiene products (e.g., underwear) and special-order products are not covered by the standard return procedure.

Special-order products are available at your special request. This means that every such order is tailored to your requirements. If you want to buy a limited-edition pair that we don't have in stock in a specific size – buy it through our website and we'll search the whole world to find it for you!
