Planning a return? Here's how!
Step 1
Return/exchange information
You can return or exchange an order within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Please make sure this deadline hasn't passed. Returns are assessed based on the date the return package was shipped.
Please note that special orders – items ordered on request – are not eligible for a cash refund. Only an exchange or swap for another item is possible, by prior arrangement. To arrange this, please contact us by email at support@sneakersjoint.com.
Hygiene products (e.g. underwear) and special-order products are not covered by the standard return procedure.
Step 2
Filling out the return/exchange form
Fill out the return form here, print it, and then place it in the package.
Step 3
Packing
Pack your return: put the shoe or clothing box inside another protective box and properly secure the product you're returning. Make sure the package is well protected! Don't forget to include the completed return form in the package. Without it, the return isn't possible!

Shipping your return/exchange
Ship the package with your order to the address from the previous step.
Step 6
Completing the return/exchange
You'll receive your refund or exchange within 14 days of us receiving the package and checking the condition of the returned product.
