What to do when shoes are too wide?

Our first piece of advice is to avoid shoes that are too wide, but sometimes you miss the window to return a purchase and only later find out it isn't quite right. Still, there is always a solution.

If your shoes are too loose, you can put insoles in them. In extreme cases, also try heel pads and pads for the sides of the shoes. The key is to fit them well. They should feel comfortable and stable so they don't cause any chafing or injury to our foot.

Remember that every foot is different, so before buying any sneakers it's always worth trying them on and checking that they fit well. Also keep in mind that there should be at least 0,5cm of wiggle room in the shoes so your foot can move freely.
