On the other hand, products with the 'product available to order' designation are products that we specifically have to find and import for you. This requires us to locate in the world the exact pair you order in that particular size and then bring it to our authenticity verification center. Once the pair passes our inspection, it will only be shipped to you. We generally process such orders within 7-14 days, but sometimes it happens and longer! Therefore, if you want, to purchase a pair for a specific occasion do it well in advance.

Do you want to make a return of goods? Nothing easier!

You can return or exchange your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving the package. To easily return an item go to our returns tab and fill out the form, then send the package and expect a refund or exchange. Please note that for special products, i.e. pairs available on request, cash refunds are not applicable. However, it is possible to exchange the goods or size for a different one, by prior arrangement with us via email at [email protected]
