1. Information about returns/exchanges

You can return or exchange your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving the package. Please ensure that this deadline is not exceeded. Refunds are processed based on the date the return package was posted.

We would like to remind you that for special orders – bespoke goods – no cash refund is applicable. It is only possible to exchange or swap the goods for another by prior arrangement. For this purpose, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

2. Filling return/exchange form

Fill in the online form to make a return here.

3. Packing

Pack the parcel, put the box with the shoes in a protective box and secure the returned product properly. Make sure the package is well protected!

4. Posting the return/exchange

Returns can be sent via www.inpost.pl/SzybkieNadania/ (just for Poland) or any other courier or postal service to Sneakersjoint’s head office address:

5. Dispatching the return/exchange

Send the package with your product to the indicated address.

6. Making the refund/exchange

Receipt of the money from the return or exchange takes place within 14 days of us receiving the package and checking the condition of the returned product.
