Step 1 - search for goods
Limited edition shoes, as the name implies, are produced in a limited run, making these models sell out quickly at traditional stores and manufacturers. This is where we come to the rescue, with our experience and extensive network of trusted dealers we are able to bring limited sold-out models with a guarantee of authenticity in a safe and transparent way for you.
Step 2 - Receiving the goods
We receive goods from our suppliers and check that they came intact, often your couples come to us from all over the world. This is due to the rarity of the goods. Over the years, we have built a trusted network of suppliers from the US, Europe or Japan, so we have these opportunities. Off-the-shelf goods are shipped within 48 hours, and custom goods are usually shipped between 6 and 14 business days, but we generally manage to get it done more efficiently!

Step 3 - Checking Quality and Authenticity
We check the product for any manufacturing defects, for example, visible glue or uneven stitching. If no defects are found we move to the next step. We know how important to you – our customers – is the quality of the shoes you get from us, so we think of each pair as our own, that is, with the utmost precision. In the process of authenticity verification, we use the most diverse methods – UV light inspection, verification of EAN codes from labels, comparing the shape and workmanship of shoes with verified pairs, but the most important thing here is our experience and knowledge. Thanks to the fact that hundreds of shoes pass through our hands every month, we are able to immediately catch those defective and not authentic pairs, so that you do not have to worry about anything!
Step 4 - Shipping
We securely pack the verified shoes in a cardboard box, so that the box they are in comes to you intact. We order a courier and you’re done! The shoes will soon be on your feet! Shipping takes us 2 business days from the date of order. In the case of custom pairs, this time may be longer as we have to specifically find a pair for you and then subject it to our tests to verify its authenticity.
