If you wish to withdraw from the concluded contract, you can use the form below, sending it by clicking the button at the bottom 'send' or downloading the form from the link below and attaching it to the returned product. If the form is not sent with the returned product, please note that we may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item back or provide us with proof of return. We would also like to point out that no returns are possible for special orders, i.e. customized products. If the complaint results in a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, the complaint form will be included in the accounting records and will be kept with them for the period required by law. In addition, the complaint form will be kept until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims related to the contract to which the complaint relates. In connection with the handling of the complaint process, the data may be processed by external entities involved in the handling of the process, such as courier companies, postal operators, banks, web host, CRM system provider, accounting office. Rights related to data processing: the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
