In order to preserve the longest possible life of our shoes, we need to take care of several issues:

• Make sure the place where you store your sneakers is not damp. The materials and glue used in connecting the shoes really like dry places.
• Provide shade for your shoes – sneakers do not like sunny places, the material can then fade, and the glue can become dislodged and crack over time.
• Avoid warm places, that is, the company of the radiator or sunny areas, the worst thing that can be the heat, already in a short time the shoes can become superficially damaged, and thus will no longer be as durable.

An indispensable gadget for any shoe geek will be sneaker boxes. Preferably made of high-quality, thick plastic with a dark color.

Be sure that the shoes do not stand in a sunny place. Prevent their deterioration by frequently replacing the pairs that will be lying there.

• If you are stacking shoes in the closet side by side, try to arrange them in the opposite direction to each other. This way you will save a lot of space and take care of the visual aspect.

• If you don’t want to have different shoe boxes in your closet for aesthetic reasons, invest in boxes with the same design. Your shoes won’t get dusty or exposed to UV radiation, and your closet will still look nice and stay tidy.
